I understand that sometimes you may need your edible flower boxes on short notice. To accommodate these requests, we offer both same-day and next-day pickup options, available for an additional fee.

Same-Day Pickup Policy:

For orders placed on the same day for pickup, an additional fee of 5.00 USD (34.00 TTD) will apply to cover the added time and preparation required to fulfill your request.

Next-Day Pickup Policy (including weekends):

For orders placed on Saturdays for Sunday pickup, or any other next-day pickup request, an additional fee of 3.00 USD (20.40 TTD) will apply.
Please note: Both services are subject to availability, and we recommend reaching out early to confirm your request.

Pickup policy:

Pickup Location: All orders must be picked up in Central Trinidad and Tobago. Exact details will be provided upon completion of your order. We do not offer delivery or shipping for pickup items.
Pickup Time: Pickup is available during our business hours, as specified in our store announcement.
Scheduled Pickup: Once a pickup time is agreed upon, it is your responsibility to collect the item on the scheduled day and time. If you do not pick up your item during the agreed time, it will be considered abandoned. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for abandoned items.
Unclaimed Items: If the item is not picked up during the agreed time, it will be considered abandoned, and the item will be relisted for sale. No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed or abandoned items.
No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order details carefully before making a purchase.
Damages: Please inspect your item at pickup. We are not responsible for any damages that occur after the item has left our premises.

Delivery Service: We offer local courier delivery for orders with a minimum value of $100 nationwide. Please note that we use trusted local couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely. In some cases, if feasible or accommodated for you specially, we may handle the delivery personally.

Order Fulfillment Time: Once your order is placed, it will take us the specified time to prepare and fulfill it.

Delivery Time: After fulfillment, please allow 4-5 days for the local courier to arrange and complete the delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Delivery Charges: A minimum purchase of $100 is required for delivery. Delivery fees are included in the minimum purchase requirement. If your order falls below this minimum, additional charges may apply.

Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide. However, please check if your location is within the service area of our local couriers.

Unclaimed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or any other issue on your part, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, our no refund policy is in effect.

No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. This includes unclaimed deliveries returned to us due to address issues or other problems on your part. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
